Public Hearing—Notice of Intent Hess Gas Station— Amerada Hess Corporation 1 Hess Plaza Woodbridge, NJ 07095. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the proposal for the construction of a ten foot walkway along the South River seawall within a Riverfront Area behind the Hess Gas Station, 295 Derby Street.
